This morning I had a doctor visit for my leg.
I was late by thirty minutes, cause I couldn't find the office.
The visit was wonderful. The Doctor massaged my leg, used some weird contraptions on my leg.
I ran this evening, in the dark (full moon), three miles. After the run, I made an ice bath out of our bath tub I have never used before & snow from outside. It was really cold.
I recently found my iPOD shuffle, and it has been playing me some glorious music.
